Q: In draft of an assembly, says it needs to update. The user updates it then parts disappear from the draft. When they open the assembly it appears fine.
A: This can be simply solved by the following work flow:
Under the application button, Properties, then Ocurrence Properties, there is a column headed “*Drawing Views” (Display in Drawing Views).
We determined that the items which were disappearing were marked “No” in this column.
